What is a marketing talent ?

A overseas Marketing Talent is a full-time (40 hours/week), Philippines or LATAM -based rising star ready to support your business. They are college-educated, great written/verbal english and 2+ years of relevant work experience. It takes us roughly 5 - 10 business days to find and embed a match for any of our standard roles.

Will my marketing talent only work for me? What about the time difference?

Yes! Part of our business model is the mandate for full-time, fully embedded team members (in your Slack channels, participating in Zoom meetings, using a company email address) and exclusively working for you. 

We can accommodate for any time zone / working hour requirements (most talents are accustomed to working the “graveyard” shift).Our hypothesis is simple:  If you truly lean into the talent we present and induct them into your company as if they were any other remote employee, they will deliver far beyond the repeatable, rote work that you’ll initially assign.

What does zero-risk hiring mean?

Only pay when you find and hire your perfect candidate, with our 6-month talent guarantee ensuring your complete satisfaction.

If your new hire doesn’t work out within the first 6 months for any reason, we’ll find you a replacement at absolutely no additional cost.

What does 6-month talent guarantee mean?

We provide a 6-month guarantee for all new hires.

If your new hire doesn’t meet expectations within the first 6 months, we’ll conduct a second hiring round for the same role at no extra cost.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is very simple: 35% of the candidate’s assumed first-year salary.

For example, if a candidate is hired at $800 per month = $9,600 per year, our one-time fee is $3,360. There are no monthly fees.

Do you offer Part-Time support?

No It’s been our experience that if you have 20-25 hours of work, you actually have 40. Reason being, our talent tends to provide a lot more value than what is traditionally expected from a VA b/c of our mandated full-time, fully embedded biz model. When you lean into your Talent you will reap the rewards.
